Construction still continues each night and weekend on 97-11 63 Drive Unit C5 Dear Management I am now writing to provide an in-depth list of the occurrences that should have already been attended to: The unit (Apt. C5) has been undergoing heavy construction since April 2020; it can be heard every night and weekend despite NYC law dictating that cooperative apartments must undergo construction within the time frame of 9am-5pm on weekdays and must not continue for an extended period of time.
