Don't move on this property you will regret it. Police has posted this as a habitual crime property..management does not fix most maintenance requests and also treats you as a resident like dirt .talks back at you ..they enter Apts without notice and maintenance are all subcontract people who should not be anyone's apt without office staff . Deciding on most buildings is rotted or termite infested and has holes are falling off of building on most of the buildings pools do not open at all during the summer because they're not certified to have anybody clean the pools. Please don't move here. These apts are horrible. I've been here three years. I've had problems with managers Jonny Sanchez and Shay Sanchez when they owned by Henley. The owners weren't so good at Keycity. But this one manager was good her name was Amelia Mendoza . They don't fix anything. I had neighbor that had gunshots through their window. The apts are roach,mice and lizards infestation. They put 16000 on my credit. When they told me wouldn't put anything on my credit. I have a judgement for 8500. There is a lot of prostitution

UPDATE 9/13/2025 When I moved out of these apartments I was having medical problems later on I found out I had black mold poisoning. So beware of this complex. If I could mark this has a zero I would. In December of last year my daughter ceiling cave in to her apartment. In my apartment the maintence took the air filter out than found out they didn't have any. There was no peephole in my door to see was outside and the door had a bedroom door handle when I moved in they did change that. The outside light right outside my door went out I text and called them they had no idea when it would be fixed that led to someone breaking into the apartment when I was in the living room.
