Nice apartments and very reasonable. They base your rent on your income. Police presence is a bit higher than other neighborhoods but all and all it stays pretty quiet.
Do you have a felony? Is one of the questions you will be asked during your appointmen even though it's not on the page checklist just fyi. This apartment complex does not accept people with felony. Has to be older than 5 years ago and you will be asked what is the felony for? If you have a felony an office that works with felony is Adams Family Properties, LLC office is located at 1641 Butterfield coach rd Suite 4 Springdale. You can find us on Facebook also. The weekly apartments are located at 5825 Slape St in Johnson. They charge an extra deposit. Talk to Charlie.
