Meadowlark Apartments

I have been living at Meadowlark Apartments for a year and I can say after living in several apartments in Lincoln this is by far the best kept and Adam the property manager is amazing any time we need anything he has been great. Great location. Big kitchen and fireplace. Love it!

Moving to Nebraska was a great experience, the Meadowlarks Apartments Team was such a great help when it came to moving to a new state. They worked with me for the duration of 5 month while I was deciding when I would move from Alaska all the way to Nebraska. Mia being understanding it was a big move, but made the process easy for me. Unfortunately I could only stay for 2 month out of a 6 month lease and knew no one that could sublet it from me. Jarod worked hard to get it rented out for me so I could be relieved of paying on an apartment I know longer lived in. I’m grateful for the team! Within the year I lived there, I had to request maintenance multiple times. Poorly renovated, certain parts of the floor is not even real woods. Looks like they painted over a lot of things and overtime it peeled off. There’s leak and clogging, heater is not working at all. Doors cannot be locked. Everything is outdated, on top of that, they do not blow the parking lots at all in the winter. Neighbors letting their dog take a number one and two right in front of the entrance. Above all else, there’s roaches and baby flies all over the bathroom. Please save yourself from all those problems and rent somewhere else that is not here.

If you had to choose between living at Meadowlark Apartments and living in a garbage can, choose the garbage can. That will give you a far better experience than living here at Meadowlark Apartments ever will. In my time living here, I've had to deal with broken washers, months of roach infestation, a hot stove that wouldn't turn off, and most recently, a furnace that didn't have heat for 2-3 days when it was -11 outside. It last snowed on Saturday, and now on Wednesday, cars are still getting stuck in the parking lot because they refuse to shovel snow. I've contacted Full Circle Real Estate countless times and they do nothing to address the issues.
