Mrs. Fredericka is an amazing property manager!! She’s so sweet, honest and kind, she did a great job explaining everything to me since my first time renting a place, she’s so expressive and I like that. Honestly she’s a life saver and a great help to me with me not understanding much. As well Marcus from maintenance he’s awesome he’s so sweet and solved my issues in my apartment that I had!!! Always making sure everything was working and good to go, I highly recommend these two people their the best!! 😃😃❤️

I had a great move-in experience thanks to Ms. Fredericka Thompson and the entire team. She was professional, responsive, and made sure all of my needs were met from start to finish. She communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about her residents and takes pride in her work.
