⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Home for 18 Years I, Johanna Santos, had the privilege of calling Meadowbrook Apartments my home for 18 wonderful years. From the very first day, I felt a sense of comfort, warmth, and belonging. The staff was more than just employees—they became like family to me. Throughout my time there, they were always professional, caring, and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure residents felt valued and respected. Any concern I had was addressed promptly and with genuine kindness. The community was safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to build lasting memories. Been here two years , they increased the rent by200 n some odd dollars . I’ve been dealing with a leaking ac unit in my downstairs and all they say is a humidifier , instead of removing the unit . I’ve been getting sick n has called to office several times once I see no change I stop. My rugs downstairs got ruined and floor has mildew stands on it . I had to clean the walls n area that got infected . The managers are rude when you call for assistance .

The front office at Meadowbrook have always been helpful to me, especially Ms. Archer. Shes always ready to assist me with any issue that I may have. The maintenance crew here are the BEST!!! Always professional and friendly!!!

I moved out a few years ago. This place was a good price. But on move out they charged a ridiculous amount and didn’t return my security deposit for normal wear and tear things. For example, they listed my window as dirty and charged 10 dollars a sticker that was on a window (I’m not talking about the stickers that come off in pieces I mean a holiday decal sticker that easily peels off, I just accidentally forgot to take it off). They listed things as dirty in each room like baseboards and charged 25-50 dollars for it. Like for example sink was listed as dirty and charged 25.00, cabinets that were already super dirty when I moved in and had to use contact paper to cover each shelf, listed as dirty and charged for it. Front office staff is great! Maintance too. I was living there for about 2 years. Over all I had a good experience. The space for the two bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom is really good. The area is descent. A special thanks to Tiffany S she was very professional and always very help full.
