Terrible and incompetent management. The property manager's primary responsibility is to act as a gatekeeper for upper management and placate not solve problems. Rules should not be contingent upon the day of the week or whom you speak with or which tenant you're speaking with at that moment. I've spoken to several property managers there and I understand why they're having such a hard time keeping them on staff! I am actually glad to see this prior to moving there. I can only imagine what residing there must be like. They don't seem to be aware that they are indeed service providers not gift givers.

I moved in two years ago and have really enjoyed my apartment and the community—it’s a nice place to live. Tie helped us move in and has always been so kind and helpful. I recently spoke with her while walking my dog about possibly moving to another apartment, and she was so informative and supportive. Her warm personality and professionalism really made me feel better about the life changes I’m making. I’m happy to have her as a go-to person in the community!

I have family who lives at Meadowbrook, so I’m already familiar with the area. I stopped by the office and spoke with Ti — she was super professional, kind, and really easy to talk to. The community looks nice and well-kept!

It was very unpleasant. 7 different managers in less than 3 years. They made up all kinds of charges and kept my deposit and an additional almost $600. I have pictures that prove that it was in excellent condition when I left but that is on my credit report and I found it Impossible to get any information about the owner. I wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person if the manager told them that it was free for life!!!?!

I have a friend that lives there they're beautiful apartment they are income based but hard to get in
