Would definitely not recommend! Our father passed in his apartment here. The day he was found my sister was told she had to stop crying and "making a scene" and they made her sit outside on the steps in the heat until the officer came and told her she could go inside to the office waiting room. We emptied his place in 15 days. The maintenance guy told us not to bother cleaning the carpet as it would be replaced. Got the final bill and they charged $179 for carpet cleaning. Despite our grieving situation, when I turned the keys in, they asked for the next month's rent. I told them he didn't have an estate or any money left. Been living at Meadowview for nearly 5 years. Got hit with nearly 10% increase in my rent per my newest lease renewal. Horrible horrible people running things behind the scenes. Choose elsewhere to find your next home. These people are money hungry. Mary from the leasing office though was always very helpful though.

I moved into my apartment June 1st, 2019 and it is the best decision I ever made. My one bedroom is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. My neighbors are kind and friendly. I am actually in the process of upgrading to a two bedroom since I love the property so much. It is very reasonably priced, the amenities are great and the staff is excellent! They are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pools and rec rooms are always clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, I have never worried about anything while living here. Doug, who works in maintenance, is so helpful and goes above and beyond! Mary and Dianne in the office are both kind, consistent, honest and supportive. I have been here for 14 years, and still love it like it was my 1st. day. The management here is wonderful, and the maintenance people go beyond and above.I would recommend living here to all my friends and family. Just a great place to live!!!!

Bed bugs, roaches, centipedes. Every building is disgusting and run down. Management is horrible and doesn’t care about their residents. They’re rude and have horrible attitude whenever you call/interact with front office. STAY AWAY!! Even the owner is extremely rude and condescending. They have no respect for the residents, they only care about increasing rent $100 every year and milking every penny they can. Keep looking elsewhere. You can find better rates and better neighborhoods elsewhere.
