Meadow View Apartments

I passed by these apartments last week and from the outside the property looked nice. My family plans to move soon so I decided to call them this morning for more information. Immediately, the person who answered was rude and disrespectful. I asked for pricing and he cut me off and he rudely said the number. I asked for square footage. He said "1000 something." I asked if he knew the exact amount and just repeated "1000 something." He sounded as if he was having a bad day but even if that's the case it has nothing to do with me. He said "What else do you want to know?" and before I could say anything else he said, "The deposit is $$$, you need to make 3x the amount." The landlord will tell you that the apartments are sound proof and you won’t hear any noise. This is how they get you to sign a lease with them. In fact, you can hear everything in your apartment. You can hear your neighbor talking through the walls, walking on the ceiling and the traffic outside. Worst place ever!!! They are all about money and will put anybody out here to fill an empty apartment. If I could rate a zero I would. Been living there over a year and have not had any peace and quiet since I signed my lease.
