Meadow Ridge Apartments

I rented an apartment here for my son. We are very pleased with the service, the leasing staff are very helpful. My son is very happy with his new apartment. Great service and over all good maintenance turn around as well. The staff is excellent in providing excellent customer service. I recommend this place 100%

Melissa Garcia is by far the best leasing agent I have ever came across. My aunt was struggling to find a nice apartment at a reasonable price and finding Melissa has been very refreshing! She helped my aunt get into her apartment and has become a very good friend and someone to count on. My aunt had never felt so safe at any other apartment complex she’s lived in. I truly recommend leasing from Melissa.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community feels safe, peaceful, and welcoming. I especially appreciate the recent updates and improvements around the property—they’ve really made the complex look cleaner and more attractive. It’s nice to see management investing in the community. Also Melissa has always been great help!

Apartments have been recently renovated and have been looking a lot better! The staff is very nice and helpful specially Melissa she is very attentive and always takes care of any questions or concerns we have never had any issues with them!

May 2024 (4/5 stars) These Apartments are still in worse shape than there were on my 2019 move in - the pools have not been functional since the 2022 reviews (see photos) However, the current management team has been responsive in cleaning up the property and addressing residents needs. Also the endless cycle of repairing water issues from the February 2021 freeze has finally stopped!! There is also a security detail who monitors the grounds. It’s a big improvement over where the apartments were six months ago! Right now, I’d rate it a 4/5. Will update again, End of Year. November 2022 Update (1/5 stars) Water issues persist, a sewage backup filled the bathtub with raw sewage from the drain and a water leak within the wall in front door entrance.
