If I could give zero stars!!!!!! These apartments are way over priced. Almost nothing works. I have had a leak in my apartment since I moved in and their so called maintenance people come out but don’t fix the problem. Most of the time you have to put in multiple requests for someone to even come out. No mailbox, lol all the mail goes to the leasing office so good luck trying to get your mail. The office is almost always closed…… so that means if you are expecting packages or something important send it to someone else house or get a P.O. Box. These apartments are nice in appearance but they are not equipped to be living in.

This is the most unorganized&unprofessional property you could move in to. If you like living in an apartment with water&mold damage, broken appliances for months&more, then move here! You’ll get told maintenance is coming on a certain day & they’ll simply just not show up! You’ll get a two day notice for moving into a different apartment & then when you have almost everything you own packed, they’ll tell you the transfer day is different not once but twice. After all that was sorted for me & I was ready to finally start moving after an unimaginable amount of anxiety & stress, turns out my room was actively occupied after being told several times that a walk through of the apartment&my room would be conducted before I got keys. The statements I'm going to make about this place holds no exaggeration. This is one of the worst places I've lived in. - Rude and unprofessional management that disregard any complaint you have. -Maintenance refusing to fix necessary appliances such as a dishwasher or dryer that has been clearly broken. -Mold in so many places that I'm shocked that they are allowed to house residents in these rooms. -No WiFi access for the first 4 months of our lease even when it was advertised as ready and set-up before move in. -Also for whatever reason you DON'T have access to your own mail because all the mail is stored in the leasing office that is most of the time closed or locked for lunch breaks, weekends and holidays off or seemingly just cause sometimes. Save your money & go somewhere where they actually care about your living experience. I had a neighbor that moved out around March or April 2018 and he left his dirty futon right outside the door. I went to the office to talk to a manager to either send maintenance to help me get rid of it OR to have them do it themselves. He told me "Yea I'll tell them". Last week someone (not sure if it is a neighbor or not) left bags full of trash outside my door. I was leaving my apartment and a possum ALMOST went into my apartment because of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed the manager again only to receive NO RESPONSE or apology. It is now MID JUNE 2018 and if I had not gone to the office for a 3rd time to address someone face to face this old moldy futon would have still been here. I am not picking up

Awful place was decent prior to current management, then it all fell apart. The cheaper rent was no longer cheap and is overpriced compared to everything around them, while also lacking facilities. As another person has said, get all communications in writing or recorded calls. Expect maintenance to be ignored.
