Meadow Brook Preserve Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I swear, the office team is really nice to you at first… and then you’re stuck in a nightmare. I lived there for 3 years. I had no problems in the beginning when there was different management. When it was time to move into a new apartment, I told Zaira I needed a first-floor unit since I was pregnant, and I specifically asked for a place they knew was not roach-infested. I paid $200 (three months prior to my move-in date) to hold a specific 2-bedroom unit because my lease was almost over and I needed to move into something bigger. Weeks before moving, I requested several times to see the new apartment and was denied with different excuses each time. I totally agree with Sha..... From the first phone call with Alex, to scheduling an appointment to view Meadow Brook Preserve, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire process. Everyone is Accommodating, Professional, and Knowledgeable and the best part, you can tell they love their job. The day before our appointment, we came by to check out how everything looked. I'm German, we're picky. We couldn't believe how beautiful and clean the property was, even all the way to the back of the community. That never happens. And we knew then this would be our home. Disgusting. Do not move here. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. We moved out over a month ago and are being charged over $500 for normal wear and tear of the apartment we rented for 3 years. They are charging us for the smallest amount of things that obviously are going to get dirty such as the carpet. Also are charging us $30 dollars for drip pans that are not even 20$ dollars at Walmart. The management and the maintenance staff are the WORST. Attached is a picture of this “luxurious living” they mention on their website. This is how the trash is on the daily even though they charge over $2,000 in rent a month per unit. Again stay away.
