Before doing so, I requested that Jarrad Katz show me comparables for my buildings to help me set a realistic value which he did. We set the value we expected to sell at so that we could sell them quickly. We sold the first two within a short time. They assisted me with the transition of the properties with my tenants, with the title company, with offering the services of various contractors for a few repairs, and with 1031 exchanges to help me save on taxes! Galit was responsive and knowledgeable, she reached out on almost a daily basis to keep me aware of what was needed to be done by myself or by others to close each deal.
