I have used M&D Real Estate previously and knew who to contact to help me purchase an investment property. My previous agent moved to commercial and she recommended Tess. Tess is a professional and knows her stuff! We waited awhile to find the right location and price; Tess was ever patient and always available. We needed some repairs done last minute to close the loan and she referred an amazing company to us that did a wonderful job - fast!
