Excellent experience with Heather at MCR REALTY. She was friendly, funny and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when we were applying for and moving into our new apartment including meeting us at 10 pm to get us our keys. Thanks Heather!
I've worked with many realty companies since I moved to NYC and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Heather was rude, unresponsive and condescending - it's crazy that this place is still open with people like her working there. I would highly recommend NOT renting an apartment through this company.
