We love McPhee!!!! McPhee Associates remodeled our entire home and we have used them for property maintenance ever since completing our remodel. We absolutely love them and think of everyone at McPhee as our extended family. McPhee is a terrific company whether you are considering a new build, a remodel (big or little) or need someone to check on your property. They are a high quality builder using high quality materials and pay attention to even the smallest of details. Their property maintenance team is exceptional! If they notice an issue, McPhee will promptly notify us and can also address the issue for us as well. Whether it's turning outside water off, cleaning gutters, washing windows or anything else, we rest assured that McPhee loves our home as much as we do! I HIGHLY recommend M

We built our home with McPhee Associates and we were so impressed with their overall service and commitment to quality that we decided to have them manage the property for us. The service has been invaluable with them being able to check on the home, for example, before and after storms or extreme temperature changes to ensure that there are no issues. They are extremely responsive to phone calls and concerns. We truly feel very fortunate to have them looking after our home.

Very capable property managers. Dan and team communicate well when needed, have strong attention to detail, and are always there if we need to discuss a need or concern. A real plus is their ability to use the resources available for repairs, renovations, and maintenance at a reasonable cost with quality work.

Fabulous builder/designer. We live over 3K miles away from the site McPhee built for us. Their communication philosophy meant we knew every issue and success even though we aren't on site. The finished project is amazing and McPhee overcame every obstacle. Since completion, they've helped us with new improvements. No job is too small and they are very responsive. Few people LOVE their builder but we do!
