There is nothing stronger than a 5 star rating from a friendly competitor. Bill and Mike Obrien are experts in their field. Both are SIOR's which is the highest designation that a commercial broker can be awarded. When I have a Brooklyn requirement I always work with M.C. Obrien.
Called to inquire about 138-11 Beach Channel Drive and the person who answered the telephone immediately became rude and unbusiness like. I would not be inclined to use their services.
