She was very attentive from start to finish with personally processing my application and answering all of my questions along the way. She is someone who truly cares for others and strives for her clients to have a great experience. McLain Properties rocks!! My husband & I just recently moved into one of their properties and since the showing - the staff has been attentive, informative, and just overall so great to work with. They were able to get a plumber out to our house literally the following day after I had written to them about it. We've had other rentals in the past, but this management company is hands down the best. We don't plan on leaving anytime soon either. Special shout out to Khira for being our go to contact person, she's been nothing but amazing (& deserves a raise)!! We will be recommending them to everyone!

I have been renting from McLain Properties since 2022 and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them! Everyone we have met and communicated with from McLain properties are very nice and they make sure the property we're renting is taken care of. They are extremely prompt any time an issue arises and they make sure to send a referral right away to one of their vendors to assess and fix whatever the issue. Their assigned vendors (plumbing, contractors, etc.) are also extremely prompt once they receive the referral and they all have been amazing! Jewel, the maintenance coordinator is always on top of things and ensures referrals are made promptly when a maintenance request is submitted. I can’t express enough how happy I am and my team partnership with McLain. I have a cleaning service company in North County of San Diego. McLain has been consistently sending cleaning projects to us whether it’s a Move-Out or Move-In Ready cleaning.
