I’ve had a really great experience living here. Brianna is extremely helpful and truly goes above and beyond for residents. I work long, busy hospital hours, and she and the team (I love you all, I promise, I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name!) have always been understanding and flexible when it comes to helping me resolve any issues. Maintenance (Austin) is very reliable. They consistently come the next day whenever I submit a request. They also work with me regarding my pets (Morty is a monster I’m sorry guys), whether that means giving me time to put them away or coordinating while someone holds them during the visit (A+). Austin provided excellent service! He came to fix my dryer and not only resolved the issue quickly, but also took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what caused the problem. I really appreciated his communication and professionalism. The entire repair was completed in under 15 minutes, and everything is working perfectly now. Thank you, Austin, for addressing the issue so efficiently and keeping me informed throughout the process.

We recently relocated to Texas and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Brianna was a lifesaver; she was always available to answer our questions and made finalizing our apartment a breeze. A huge thank you to Abdulai for his incredible help during the onboarding process—he actually stayed late because our move ran behind schedule. He made sure we felt welcomed and well-informed from day one!

At the beginning of moving to this community, we had encountered some issues. Our water price was increasing every month for no reasons. It never made sense to us how that was happening, when we are extremely careful about using water. Although, when a new management took over, Brianna she made sure to address that issue right away. She’s excellent and is very professional in answering all your concerns. She’s very sweet and will always have smile on her face when she’s speaking to you. Maintenance, Austin is incredible He will make sure all issues relating to maintenance is taking care within 24hr. Overall, our faith in this management stays strong.
