McKenzie at Natomas Park

During my application process I was handled with patience and attentiveness! Glen was amazing! I was scheduled a tour then I loved what I saw from staff and the property and decided to apply the next day! This is a non smoking property which is perfect for me because I have a baby and nobody wants to smell that in the air lol. Thanks McKenzie I’m so excited to be here! It’s lovely at night and it’s quiet. Neighbors keep to them selves and the property is WELL maintained 💜🥳🙏

McKenzie at Natomas park is an adorable community! The property manager, Toni, is great! If you are looking for a new home in the Natoma’s area, I would highly recommend McKenzie!

I'm into my 2nd year as a resident. The property's grounds/landscaping is mature, well-kept and beautiful. Within a mile of the apartment complex is plenty of retail when running errands. The commute to the downtown area is about 15-30 minutes depending on commuter traffic times. Apartments are spacious and their added amenities are priced at a good value compared to more costly downtown alternatives. Maintenance requests are followed up on quickly, competently and professionally. Running a rental office isn't easy. I appreciate the work done by the entire staff here at McKenzie at Natomas Park.

Lived here for 5 years and had my car broken into multiple times. Leasing office never cared or bothered to follow-up with me. Then had the lock on my door broken one Sun night and called maintenance - was told it isn't considered an emergency and I'd have to wait til morning. I couldn't sleep with an unlocked door so I had to call an ex-bf to come fix it for me ASAP, because I had literally no other choice. Maintenance never even followed up with me the next day. Then when I moved out, I spent 8+ hours cleaning the apt to avoid cleaning fees, but was still charged a "deep clean fee" even though the manager told me before that she would "do the right thing and give you part of the deposit back if most of the apt is cleaned well. Because that's what I would want someone to do for me."

Apartments are very home feeling. Property management takes care of the property which is definitely a plus! Despite having a car stolen I would still recommend this property.
