We had a wonderful experience building our custom home from start to finish with Casey, Mercedes, Ellie and the rest of the team. The entire process went smoothly, and everyone was attentive, responsive, and genuinely lovely to work with. They took care of everything from beginning to end which made the experience completely stress-free. They took all our ideas and brought them to life and even had some recommendations along the way that were extremely helpful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the final result. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build!

We just finished our custom built home by McGraw Contracting last week. I’m not gonna lie, we had some bumps in the road as everyone does with building a new home, but Casey was there every step of the way to guide us. He is so kind and great to work with. Ellie is also a huge asset in the office. Casey was easy to work with regarding our design, as we wanted our son to make our kitchen cabinets in his workshop. Casey has a great team and they will come along beside you to build your beautiful, dream home. Thanks Casey and Ellie for your expertise and guidance.

Currently moving into a retreat cabin in the Raystown Lake area that McGraw Contracting built for us. I wish to give high praise to Casey and his staff (I interfaced a lot with Ellie) and subcontractors. I was in a construction related industry for 40 years and can discern between corner cutting as apposed to emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Casey's company epitomizes the latter. Perhaps the best part for me was the fact that it was a one stop process, from initial design, permitting, excavating, building, paving and now follow-up on a few punchlist items. When asked about the company, my response is that they take customer satisfaction very seriously.

I have built 3 homes with Casey McGraw and McGraw contracting. I have also referred him to 3 friends for homes as well and plan on building another home with him in the next 24 months. The negative review by Seth Brown, in my estimation is plan and simple business slander, probably by a jealous competitor who gets 1/100th of the work Casey gets in Huntingdon and surrounding counties. Casey is pleasant as can be, has insanely great relationships with his subs, and is driven by quality and customers being happy first and foremost. he is always within a few percent of his estimates and you will not find a better home built than his. Before ever taking the advice of an obviously BS review, take a moment, call and get a chance to meet Casey, look him in the eye and decide on his integrity

I had a disappointing experience with Casey. Throughout the project, I found that he was primarily driven by money and showed little regard for the homeowner's concerns or the quality of work. He tends to cut corners whenever possible and subcontracted most of the work, which made it difficult to monitor progress and ensure standards were being met. Additionally, he did not work well with his subcontractors, which further impacted the coordination and quality of the project. His frequent absence from the job site left me feeling unsure about the overall management and results. I would recommend considering other contractors who prioritize quality, transparency, and good communication.
