McGivney-Bethune Apartments

the apartments are disgusting and deplorable and i hate that my grandmother has to live here. the neighbors are nosy, bitter, and cliquey. the lady with the walker who does security at the front door is bitter and it’s undeniable. i’d be bitter too if i were 65+ with no assets to show for it. the MANAGER here is negligent and rude and she thinks she knows everything. the carpets clearly haven’t been replaced in a decade. the other reviewer Janiya is 100% correct, this is a form of elder abuse and i hope this place is shut down within the next few years. DO. NOT. APPLY. HERE.

Great complex, professional staff, and a clean building makes this a welcome place for elderly customers/tenants. Keep up the hard/good work, Team MBA. 👍🤲🥰
