Hunter from Building 6, Apt 6305, for his birthday party and had a great time. The amenities are top-notch and everything is super well maintained. You can tell people here take care of the place. All guest wristbands and parking passes were handled properly and returned as expected. The whole experience was smooth, fun, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and I look forward to coming again. Definitely one of the nicest apartment communities I’ve seen.

Honestly, one of the best years I’ve had in a while. My first experience renting an apartment and they were so helpful with the process. Stacy, the assistant manager, helped a lot not just with the move in process but also just living there for the year. I’ve called the office a couple times with questions about something and 99% of the time Stacy answered and was a huge help. They also occasionally have reference bonuses if you get another resident moved in. I’ll definitely be moving back here after my next lease is up!

Bitter sweet. Moving out after three years. No complaints!!! The staff was welcoming. The manger Stacy is kind and always welcomed me with a smile. Maintenance was right there to fix anything that was broken in a timely manner.

Moved in February 2024 and the management I signed up with isn’t the same anymore. The place was well maintained and looked beautiful. Trash goes flying everywhere, people don’t clean up after their own dogs, no parking after 8 pm, dogs are very loud and unfriendly. I live on the third floor and people leave their trash and NO ONE comes to clean it for months. Yes the apartments are nice on the inside, but the exterior is unacceptable and embarrassing.

I LOVED LIVING HERE! Stayed here during my sophomore year and it was amazing. No college student around family friendly, and staff was super helpful and understanding with any and all problems. Would definitely stay here if I move back to San Marcos. Miss you guys!
