I want to say that these apt are great. The place its self is a nice place. apt are well taken care of. However, I can not wait till my lease is up so that I can give my 30 day notice. The parents in this place let there kids run wild. And one of the things that did attract me to the place due to having kids is the play structure. But I will not let my kids play on it it always has trash around it, stuff spilled on the slide. books and magazines ripped up and the paper thrown all around. And if the kids are not almost running you over because they are riding there bikes down the side walks, you have the other residents yelling at you and either verbally or physically try to get into fights with you.
This place is for "Income sensitive renters" as it was explained to me . out lot has been broken into several times since they put that place in
