This company has been extremely disappointing to work with. Upon move-out, we were charged paint fees for repainting the entire home, even though the property was not freshly painted when we moved in. As a result, they withheld the majority of our security deposit. When we attempted to discuss or negotiate the charges, they made inaccurate claims and were unwilling to engage in a meaningful resolution. Throughout our tenancy, communication was consistently poor, and the property changed management companies multiple times, which added to the confusion and lack of accountability. They were often unresponsive to inquiries and difficult to contact. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional rental experience.

I am a proud home owner of this fine McAdams home at Lewis Landing off Gordon Road, Wilmington, N.C. The utilities are reasonable which supports the claim of energy efficient housing. The structure is solid, and one I adore. I am grateful to the builders, my personal realtor, and Lewis Realty for this opportunity to reside here! It's beautiful! I love the back splash, the appliances, and the flooring, to name a few. I had two issues regarding minor house needs. McAdams responded within 24 hours and resolved both within 48-72 hours. If we had to make the decision again, we'd gladly move here again!

I have lived in my McAdams home for 6 months now, and from the day I first walked through it, I have been impressed. Everything was done so nicely and if something was less than perfect, they were quick to adjust it for me. Very professional group of people with excellent customer service! During walkthrough we requested some things that I thought were a little over the top, but I figured it never hurts to ask, and they did everything we requested!
