Polk Arms has gone to the ground. Everywhere I look is trash thrown down on the ground. I pick up what I can but I'm only one person. We need to nip this in the bud guys. Please don't throw trash, paper, empty bottles etc..

As a new tenant I was a bit skeptical but honestly I’ve enjoyed my place here so far. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and they took care of it promptly. The rent is a bit high but utilities are included. Overall I hope to stay for a while.

Seeing lots stars and don't know why. Use to live there and know people that live there now. They wouldn't fix anything that needed repaired unless you pay for the repairs even if it happened before you moved in. It's like 30 bucks if they have to get your door opened. The property is full of safety hazards like one example is the huge holes on the grounds litterly everywhere. And i know many people who live out there now so i know the grounds have never been fixed. Well anyway, that is my review go check it out for ya self. Ta ta.

Very nasty place to live, especially for how high priced it is. It's infested with roaches and has mice. The owners are very rude and maintenance does not do their jobs. The place is known for drugs. Had people coming up to us asking if we wanted pot. Would not recommend.

gross bugs and bed bugs everywhere damn crack addtic and rapist. there is like 4 people on the sex offird list. rude ads owner too won't fix nothing and act like don't care went in to pay rent and owner and other was watching porn don't live here and if you have kids diff don't they feed the bugs and still money
