If I could give negative stars I would! If you want a home built to code but nothing more, build with McCarthy! If you want a loud fountain equipment installed a few feet from your lot with Vegas lighting, build with McCarthy! If you want your patio soaked with water from a 18 ft fountain, build with McCarthy! If you want poor electrical work and false positives for your smoke detectors, build with McCarthy! If you want a HOA (butler capital) that intrudes on your privacy by walking around on your private property and causes property damage, build with McCarthy!! If you want the absolute worst customer service and quality, Build with McCarthy! Also please note the staff in previous reviews below trying to bring up the score. I see you Denis Cash! LOL

I called their office and no one returned my call. Inspector told me I had red fungus in my drain line and they said they wouldn't do anything about it, red fungus is very prominent in sandy soil. If left untreated it will clog up your sump pump also had radon gas in my basement which they said was my problem

Love my condo. One of the earlier models but it is everything we could ever want. Great experience.
