I hereby wish to revise my previous review. After receiving a default judgment against him by the judge for failing to appear in court, Frank has obeyed the judge's order and finally returned my deposit for a roofing project that never even started. He also paid for court costs. Thank God that the court ruled justly. I hope for a similar result on my next cases against Frank, which will be for the return of a $10,000.00 deposit paid by our HOA for the same roofing project that was never done. Frank alleges that the roofing contractor has our money. I have seen no proof of this, but even if true, the contractor would have our money because Frank negligently sent it to him in violation of his legal duty to us as our property manager. Although we are based in Florida, he handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. His professionalism and clear communication gave us complete peace of mind. I had a really bad experience working with MBM group. They were very unresponsive, you have to chase and threaten legal action in order to get a response. What should have taken a few months to fix has been over 1 year and still hasn't been. I was in communication with Frank and his team for my friend who lives in China. The amount of chasing was unacceptable. They likely didn't prioritize him because he didn't live in the space, but that is NO EXCUSE as I was reaching out very consistently to put the pressure. I have all the receipts of calls, texts, and emails. There will be a legal process to be dealt with for their negligence. Unless they change their ways, I do not recommend working with this company. The team at MBM completed a renovation project in one of my apartments. The work was done in a timely manner and came out great. Would recommend their team for any home improvements or renovations.

We stayed at one of the MBM Getaway’s properties in North Florida. Great location on the beach side. The accommodations were terrific. Frank Sr. was a great host and we would stay there again.
