This has been one of the best management companies I've experienced in NYC. There was a bit of trouble in the beginning with Super repairs and responsiveness, but they got that sorted and we always had problems addressed quickly. They don't treat tenants like numbers but like actual people. They leave kind holiday touches every year that show they truly value you as tenants. No other management company has done that for us before. The properties are well kept and in great condition as well! We were sad to leave them!

The entire team is very professional and kind. I have been renting with them for nearly 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. Their rent pricing is completely fair, and all of their buildings are very clean and maintained. If I ever had a request or question, they are always responsive and easy to work with. A fantastic company and team!!
