I have lived at MB360 for several years and have seen many teams come and go, but the current team truly stands out. Management is reliable, and the maintenance team is equally dependable. Communication has greatly improved, and responses are consistently provided the same day. Thank you for your continued efforts in making this community a better place to live.

This is a lovely property in a phenomenal location. The maintenance staff is very responsive, their supervisor Miguel is an absolutely pleasure. Like some of the negative reviews mentioned, packages have gone missing, but nothing more than any other apartment complex I've lived at here in the city. The office has been helpful in the few times I've need help but I don't interact with them often. Overall I'd recommend MB360 to friends moving to the city.

I had a challenging moving in experience and some not so great neighbors making that worse but the manager Breanna has made the difference here. She followed up with me a couple weeks after I finally got settled just to make sure things were smoothed out with my neighbors and I really appreciated that. I’ve lived in apartments in SF for years, so Ive grown to appreciate when the staff actually cares and tries, you know? Anyways, at the end of the day I know she’s there and when push comes to shove she’s gonna take care of me.

This complex is terrible. While we liked the area, this is a particularly bad complex. Bike items have been stolen. The walls and floors are made so poorly that it shakes when you walk. The windows are single pane so we hear the trash bins sound late at night and in the early morning and they jacked up the rent by $400 for a 1 bedroom to 3900 + 350 for parking. Packages are stolen. Security is lax. Hot tub wasn't usable for quite some time. The key code didn't work, etc. While SF in general is expensive, there are better choices. Avoid this and other Essex units. This is not an ethical company. It’s not the individual people, it is the management and property owners. The alarm going off at all hours for no good reason was super annoying - it’s like crying wolf - if a real fire were to hap

I have lived at MB360 for almost 2 years and I love my apartment. The location is perfect, and the building has many amenities that make daily life very convenient. I want to clarify that, despite the negative reviews and issues like package theft and security, my experience with the maintenance team has been excellent. I feel they are genuinely trying to improve the services. My main concern is that the rent increase seems excessive compared to what the building currently offers. Overall, I recommend MB360 for those who value the location and the apartment itself, but it’s important to be aware of these areas for improvement.
