Mayroad Leasing & Community Office At McConnell AFB

Definitely wouldn't recommend. The housing staff is rude and petty also picky. They have these old houses which they don't care about but yet care about how the outside looks. They favor people and hire lawn guys who lie about mowing backyards even when there are no pets or toys. When you make a work order or complaint they just ignore it.

We have lived here for a few years now and love everything except for the leasing staff. They have been rude and when we have had a complaint in the past, they do not seem to take it seriously. They seem to pick and choose who to send their own complaints to and be sticklers for the most ridiculous things. I am glad it is not only me with this opinion but other spouses as well that live(d) here. The only reason we live here is because of affordability and safety but even then, they make it difficult. Their mowing company lies and doesn't mow yards due to dog waste even though some residents don't even own a dog. I will say though, maintenance is pretty good here but if you bring up mold, don't expect them to take you seriously or solve the problem; many have moved out due to mold issues.

A really great place to live. One of the nicest base housing to live in. The housing and maintenance staff is very kind and professional. The homes and grounds are well maintained very clean and quiet. If you and your family are stationed here you definitely want to live on base. Also the school district is really amazing.

The leasing office is always super helpful and welcoming. The facilities are very well maintained and the amenities like the event space and business office are incredibly useful. If you're stationed at McConnel and not planning to buy a house this community is the best deal around!

Getting ahold of the office is like pulling teeth and the options on the phone are so limited you can’t talk to anyone, also the app doesn’t have any specifics. The maintenance crew is awesome but in general very disappointed
