Mayflower Apartments

Location Location Location Beautiful views of the city, beautiful rooftop pool and lounge area. Small space that seemed to stay warm inside but cozy. Everything you would need is within walking distance. Free parking lot, but my truck wouldn’t fit so I had to pay 20 per day to park but thankfully there is an outdoor parking lot also close. ❤️✌️

I’ve been really impressed with the recent renovations at our apartment complex! The upgrades have made a huge difference — everything feels more modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the updated fixtures to the improved common areas, it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into the improvements. On top of that, the staff has been fantastic throughout the process. The workers were friendly, respectful, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. Management has also been responsive and communicative, making the transition smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m really happy to see the positive changes and feel proud to call this place home. Big thanks to the team for all their hard work!

A Perfect Urban Living Experience! I’ve been living at the mayflower for several months now, and I can confidently say it’s been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I toured the building, I was blown away by the modern design, top-tier amenities, and incredibly professional staff. The views from my unit are absolutely breathtaking—floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning panorama of the city skyline. The interiors are sleek and thoughtfully designed, with high-end appliances, spacious layouts, and quality finishes throughout. The amenities here are next level. The rooftop pool and lounge area feel like a resort getaway, and the fitness center is fully equipped and always spotless. Stayed here through Stay Alfred, so I can only comment on that, never had any interactions with the property office. Excellent location, loved it! The unit we had was super well maintained. Generous size for a one bedroom. Everyone seemed happy in this building. Very safe and homey feel and vibe. Cool rooftop sky lounge and pool. The only issue I had was the fact that Stay Alfred doesn’t offer any parking here, paid or not. So I had to get a monthly parking pass with a garage, which wasn’t as easy as I would have wished.

The place is trash from the apartments to the tenants and the management… The parking garage is always open… the whole city knows on the weekends this is the spot to park for free. The tenants can’t park in their paid parking spot and have to find somewhere else to park because the management can’t be reached after business hours… the hallway carpets have stains everywhere from animals and nasty tenants and it stinks they try to smother the smell with carpet cleaner but that lasts for a day..they definitely have rodents because of the nasty people that live there bottom line if you want to live in some upgraded projects this is the place for you because that’s how they’re being treated. The management could care less about anything that goes on in those apartments they are there to collect
