Mayfair Gardens Apartments

They do not respond to maintenance request repairs. We were without heat for 11/2 yr and used space heaters. They were in the news last summer for not fixing people’s air conditioning. They are not responding to tenants future prospective landlords regarding residence. Our ceiling collapsed and it took them a week to come out and look at it,& when they did they were outside looking at the roof, even though we sent them pictures immediately after showing it was the ceiling not the roof.

I love living here!! I am not sure why so many negative reviews maybe people are just picky. JILL IS THE BEST APARTMENT MANAGER THERE IS HANDS DOWN. She responds to all my requests & maintenance has been A+ every time!!!🙌🏻. Thank you guys I appreciate you all🙌🏻.

I've been living here for 5 years now. I absolutely love Jill and the whole staff has been so accommodating. I've only seen improvement since I've been living here.

If your ac goes out don’t even bother asking the landlord to fix it. They left me in that apartment for TWO months without AC in the summer and not all of my windows could open so it was just a hotbox in there. Over 100 degrees and they barely responded to me. I couldn’t even stay at my own apartment and they still wanted rent. But couldn’t respond to my issues I was having. NONE of the washers or dryers work. Roaches everywhere. Mold everywhere . Leaks every other day. Leaks from the sink, leaks from the roof, leaks from the dishwasher. ONLY one outlet in my bedroom worked.

My water heater just broke as I got home from work and it the main pipe and no one is answering to the phone so water damage doesn't happen. There's no emergency maintenance number.. Jill is amazing tho and really understanding about everything and a good landlord.
