Mayfair Gardens Apartments

My first impression arriving to Mayfair Garden, I noticed the well maintained buildings and manicured landscape. I was greeted by Jimmy the superintendent. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Inside the apartment there were cathedral ceilings, wood floors and plenty of closet space. It was reasonably priced. All 4 years that I lived there Jimmy was available whenever I called, especially when I lost my key late at night and had to let me into my apartment. He made me feel safe living there. On sunny days Jimmy would be outside in the courtyard playing with his children and some other kids in the complex. It made me feel like home. I just moved and bought a condo. I have been living in this apartment for a year, and I highly recommend it! The experience has been fantastic, and I want to give a special shout-out to Jimmy, our maintenance professional. He works incredibly hard and truly excels at his job. His professionalism and dedication make a significant difference in our living experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends!

As I approach my 5 Year Anniversary of living at Mayfair Gardens Apartments this is a long overdue review. I've loved all 5 years I've been here. The grounds are kept Beautifully and the upkeep on the inside of the Apartments are Outstanding and Beyond of what I've experienced in Apartments in the past.This is do to the Super Jimmy. I've lived in Apartments for most of my adult life, the job Jimmy does day in and day out is Outstanding to keep this place a Great Place to live. He is by far the Best of any Apartment Supers I've had in the past. This has made a Pleasurable Experience living here the last 5 years. I lived in the Mayfair Gardens Apartments for 5 and a half years! The location is incredibly convenient. It is close to shopping, grocery, gas, pharmacy, 7/11, coffee, highways, and more! Convenience is wonderful, but the true ease of living here comes from the super, Jimmy. Jimmy is not your average super. He ensures that each tenant is taken care of and happy. He handles everything you need and answers any questions you have. I don't think I needed to call the main office once in my five and a half years there. He treats every tenant like family and keeps the grounds immaculate. If something breaks, it's fixed the next day, or sooner.
