I would not recommend trusting this agency with purchasing a house. We worked with the realtor Kelly for a month on a house buying process. Once everything cleared and the loan was in place, we signed all of our necessary paperwork and had to wait for the seller to sign it. She called us in the morning and told us that everything was looking good and that she was going to get the ball rolling to the owner of the home for the purchase agreement. We got a call from her the very next day and she told us that she had already sold the house for cash two days prior to her making the first phone call to us, and she did not inform us even when she had the obligation to during that first phone call when she said that everything was looking great. Mayberry Reality helped with purchase of our current home 4 years ago. Recently November of 2024 sold a 2 ND home we had and working with Mayberry is always wonderful. You ignore renter reviews of Mayberry as for listing and for driving in the snow to find a home they were truly knowledgeable! Will use them again.

Never met 'em; won't respond to maintenance requests. Out of 6 laundry machines, only 3 work: 1 wash & 2 dry. Very drafty windows and doors. Better off spending more money & go through a management company.

I would advise you to never rent from John Mayberry. He’s the worst person I’ve ever rented from. STAY AWAY THIS GUY IS GETTING SUED!!
