Mayberry Colony Apartments

Manager is a tyrant. She does not allow kids to be kids, no bike riding, no chalk to play games on sidewalk, and despite low income tenants paying utilities like ac, water gas, electricity, and for trash and pick up services, the tyrant decides if and when those services are provided. Having worked in mainteance for apartments previously, I know if something goes wrong with those services and maintenance issues, it is critical those services are restored in a timely manner, and having furniture or appliances break, those items need to be disposed of by competent and responsible management, through maintenance for providing good customer service. Having people try to post good comments after someone has provided reports of abusive substandard service is disingenous, it is totally dishon

I am not sure which manager you guy's are referring to because Rebecca is amazing she goes above and beyond for every tenant here at Mayberry colony apartment's and I love her and the Apartments, she is fair , she does not judge, and she really care's she is always in a good mood. I can't thank her enough for being patient with me and the process. I could not have got through it without her care and concern. the apartments are big and very nice she is always on top of everything and if you are looking for a nice and caring manager and a very nice and quite community then you may want to come and see Rebecca for a vacancy you wont be disappointed I'm glad I did Keep being you Rebecca you truly make a difference for so many people in spite of your challenges you are rare and amazing. I can guarantee that any positive review of these apartments is not true. The manager here is rude and rarely ever answers her phone. The apartments are infested with roaches, there is water damage in the ceilings and the “emergency” maintenance line doesn’t respond to calls. The place was so disgusting I paid rent but refused to actually inhabit the place, stayed with a friend instead. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this uninhabitable example of the “landlord special.”

Manager is absolutely rude as hell . When you try to apply and she doesn't think your good enough apparently she will use every excuse in the book and not even get the application process going worse customer service I have ever experienced and will not be renting a home from here. Beautiful homes but not worth the disrespect from Rebecca.

I have been in these apartments for 4 years. I have never had an issue! I love how quiet and clean the apartments are and how well the manager maintains the property. She is very respectful and cares about her tenants.
