This company loves to target AMH, and Invitation homes tenants. I cut the lawn and weed every week. The latest it goes beyond a week is a couple of days at the most due to weather. Yet they have the skill of coming out in between cuts or a day before. This company needs to be sued for harassment.

Do not recommend this group for HOA Mgmt as they lack action, communication and accountability. For over two years we’ve seen issues reported with minimal communication and action to address, maintenance of common areas diminish and a revolving door of contacts.

Nothing gets fixed or updated. A 2nd story gap in a railing remainder open for 3 months before the new maintenance man fi ally fixed it. A liability issue.

Absolutely horrible management company! Does not communicate at all and rarely answers the office phone or emails. They target houses for notices even if the same offense is literally right next door. They do not keep up with the common areas of neighborhoods until there are numerous complaints. Waste of money for a neighborhood to employ May Management St Augustine!

One of the worst HOA to have.. they ask to fix many things and kind of harassment.. since the issues identified are not be even genuine.. Jason the manager is not responding to calls and feels can ask homeowners to do anything he wishes.. may need to have some Attorney help here..
