I had a wonderful experience with Makayla and Ashley at May Management Services. They were prompt, kind, and very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, and the issue I came in with was resolved quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, thanks to their efficiency and professionalism. I truly appreciate their helpfulness and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I’ve reached out to May Management several times via email and unfortunately, I’ve received no response. It's been weeks and despite following up, there has been complete silence. As a paying homeowner I expect at least basic communication. Timely responses are essential for building trust and keeping the community running smoothly. I hope the May Management takes resident concerns more seriously going forward.

I wish I had the ability to contact somebody that’s in charge of hiring property management for HOA because this would be the last people on my list of recommendation. They never do what they’re supposed to do. We have spent over six months in my neighborhood of lack of communication, and for them to actually do their job and keeping and maintaining our neighborhood and keeping it professional/beautiful they do everything last minute and provide no notices/notifications in regards to being late on a bill until they get a lawyer on you. I am a current client and have been emailing May Management for MONTHS (since May 2022 at the very latest, but I bet I can track down emails from before then) requesting info on roof/paint/stair/balcony inspections that have been completed/scheduled. It is absolutely impossible to get a response from them on the simplest issues. Several of us are concerned about possible assessments to home owners in our building, as we have no idea what the results of our inspections are/time frame for possible repairs. Not to mention we have a potential budget concern that no one will help us address. We pay a large amount of money for these issues to be addressed and communicated to us responsibly. Not to hard to figure out why they are at a 2.4 rating. The absolute worst Company providing property management. Extremely unprofessional. The owner is a big secret (red flag warning) They manage nothing. If you have concerns, they hang up on you. This so called Company needs to go immediately. Enough is enough. The board blames the management company and the management blames the board. Come on now, we are not consumer dummies as you may think we are. The game is well figured out.
