Great kid friendly area. Management is good about fixing things even though it takes a week sometimes because of having to order parts. The property manager is really sweet and wants to take care of residents and help them feel comfortable even adding a play table and mini library to the gym so kids can have something to do while parents try to work out!

If you want a rigid, tenant UN-FRIENDLY company that charges a lot of fees and takes most of your security deposit, then this is your company. We were great tenants (always paid on time, quiet, etc.). I wish I would have read these reviews when we moved in (one of the previous reviews below is from the same house). They charge a ton of fees and just don't seem to really care at all about their tenants. We also lost $1400 out of our $2000 deposit. I cleaned for HOURS knowing they would try , to do this (I cleaned baseboards, washed the doors, all cabinets inside and out, inside windows , painted touch ups, and much more). They charged housecleaning fee $65/hour for 9 hours of work! There is NO WAY there was even half that amount of work, and at $65/hour? They also charge $85/hour for paint

If you're going to rent, read the contract carefully because you have to leave the property like new, and when I say like new, I mean completely renovated. They charge you for not replacing the interior light fixtures, the doorbell, painting all the doors and walls, putting in new carpet, or leaving everything as if you never lived there. They're outrageous! When they come to collect, they take your deposit and then charge you another $5,000. They're scammers!
