My experience with this loan officer raised concerns about disclosure and due diligence in my mortgage transaction. Important facts affecting the transaction were not clearly identified or explained at the time of closing. As I later sought clarification through formal and regulatory channels, the situation became increasingly complex, reinforcing the importance of transparency and independent verification during the mortgage process. Being a first time home buyer, the mortgage process was made tremendously easy working with Lauren Maxwell and her team! Lauren is so knowledgeable and really cares for her clients.
