I have had issue after issue with my bathroom sink leaking or not draining, I haven’t been able to actually use my bathroom sink since January. Several maintenance guys have “worked” on it but nobody has actually fixed the issues until today! PATRICK came in this morning completely changed out the entire sink, fixed the draining issue and fixed the leaking. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work! Outstanding job! Cleaned up after his work, was extremely polite and respectful! This is the kind of guy I trust to do a job with respect and finish what he started the correct way! This isn’t the only project he has corrected for my apartment after other maintenance guys have messed up! I would recommend him 1000 times! 🥰 Thank You so much Patrick!

The people who work here are grouchy and do not take care of business. They blame every situation on someone else. The renovation crew does not work. They sit around and talk. Our balcony and stairs have been half painted for 2 months. I ask them to spray for bugs every month. We still have roaches. There are drug deals going down all the time. There is trash in the parking lot. The neighbors’ smoke comes through our vents. People are fighting in the parking lot almost every night and we have had at least a couple of shootings since we moved here. This is not acceptable housing unless you have no other options. After we moved out and I paid my bill in full, they said I owed them another $101. (The reason the bill is $101 is because if it’s $100 and less it doesn’t go on your credit report.

Great place to lay your head at night. Mrs.Carol and the other staff at the complex are awesome and can always help you if anything comes up. Glad I chose to move here been here for a little over a year and have liked it a lot.

Living here for more then a year really nice and friendly neighborhood. Pet friendly and management is amazing Mrs. Carol is wonderful she always takes care of your needs.
