Maverick Las Vegas

We stopped by to look at Maverick and were attended by “Jannica” who made us feel welcomed in long story short we were sold. Any other apartment afterwards that me and my partner looked at we would always comment “Maverick was much better”. The service provided of friendliness is deserving of recognition so huge shout out to Ms. Jannica for making us fall in lovewith the property!

I absolutely loved living in this apartment! I moved in February 2025 and stayed until the last week of November 2025 and honestly, I enjoyed every moment of it. If I could give more than 10/10 stars, I absolutely would. The staff deserves a special shoutout: Karen (I would call her my friend now), Steffanie, and especially Alvaro - the maintenance superhero who was always there, even for the smallest things. Every single person in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly made me feel like I belonged here, and that meant a lot. As for my bedroom, I was obsessed with it. The master bedroom was designed so thoughtfully, with more than enough space for everything I owned. And the view from the master bedroom ? Absolutely refreshing and something I looked forward to ever mor

I can’t express enough how nice and accommodating the staff is. All interactions have been very pleasant and professional. Apartments are fresh and clean. Great location with everything you need in easy proximity. Rented 2 apartments with a co-worker and we both are happy we did.

Karen was very professional and Kind. She answered all of my questions.. The property is beautiful and clean. I watched Karen also interact with residents that live there, she has such amazing customer service and again super kind. This place has so many great features.

I did a walk in the other day at Maverik just to receive more information and get some insight on any potential promotions. Ms. Karen went the extra mile and provided me with a tour and a breakdown of the units and all the amenities included at Maverik. She did a very thorough job and was so grateful she took the time to explain and give me a tour. We will keep in touch! Hope to see you guys again soon! Thank you!
