Bought a custom home from Maverick and had nothing but issues. I'm aware nothing is perfect, but I feel they should have some responsibility when there are flaws. Poor caulking, bad painting and horrible finish work. Fireplace isn't functional, chunks fall out of my stove vents with any wind. Maverick hasn't been responsive at all, this has been going on for almost a year. I feel they're just trying to ride out the warranty time. Not sure how anyone can run a business with so many unsatisfied customers.

Built our home last year and while we love the house, the experience durning the build was very poor. We paid almost half a million for our home with upgrades. The project manager Kelly was horrible!! If it wasn't for my wife, i would have had a couple choice words for this lady. Looking over the house by living it it I've noticed some poor quality issues. Think twice before you buy a Maverick home. I do have to say Shaye and Cassandra were always very nice and professional.

Maverick Homes not only builds some of the most stunning properties in DFW, but they continue to expand to new areas where buying a home seems almost impossible. Buying a home in this market is not only challenging, but sometimes can be very emotional!
