Maven on Broadway Apartments

Run. Don’t walk. RUN away from this place. Let me be clear — this area is unsafe. There are frequent incidents involving police activity, drug use, break-ins, and car thefts. The apartments sit between Seavey Circle and New Helvetia, which you can look up for crime activity in the area. The area where you may have to park if you don’t pay for assigned parking, is very dangerous. See picture (corner of 3rd St and 1st Ave). There are also homeless individuals living and sleeping just outside the fence. Don’t be misled by the “new” appearance. The construction is low quality, there are unsealed cracks, exposed wiring, leaking AC units, water damage, and warped flooring. It may look nice at first glance, but the issues become obvious quickly. There are also many additional fees - so forget

I’ve been here since maven has opened. It’s been a pleasure living here. Staff and management are great. I’ve never had any issues. My biggest thing are the community members lack of accountability and sense of responsibility that could easily be improved. There’s dog poop everywhere you walk, you have to play hop potato every where you walk. Pick up after you dog. If the management could enforce maybe a fine or some sort for accountability that would be great. Another thing are residents constantly smoking weed and having your apartment smell like weed. The last thing is the water heater in the unit constantly have problems but the maintenance crew are fast to responses. Overall. I would recommend this place but there are things lacking that’s causing this place not to be a 5/5. Please

I think the Maven on Broadway would be a wonderful place to live. Even the smallest apartment is very spacious, and the amenities (pool, gym, yoga studio, clubhouse, indoor laundry) are terrific! The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet, yet the apartments are close to some of my favorite cafes.

I’ve lived here for a little over two years, and it’s been a great place to call home. I’ve had no complaints about the community. The pool and BBQ area are wonderful in the summer, and the neighborhood stays fairly quiet. People are generally very courteous with one another. Christopher and the team are always helpful and quick to respond.

If you read any of the bad reviews and thought maybe I should just give it a chance it’s not that bad, DONT. The management will answer your phone any time you call right up until you sign your lease then they are impossible to get ahold of. If you think that the parking won’t be a problem I’ll just park on the street, you are wrong. THEY DONT HAVE ANY PARKING. I was told before renting that “visitor parking” was available and that you could buy a day pass and then I went a month after to buy one and they said that, that was not available and was never a thing. I got 2 parking tickets living here so expect that.There is always poop all over the property that people leave and maintenance does not pick up often.
