Suzanne McGhee helped me buy a house, and later she helped me to sell a house. I got a good deal on both, and I was very PLEASED with her. Mattox Realty managed a rental house for me before I sold it, and at this time, Mattox Realty handles two rental units for our family. We are satisfied with both the rental management and the real estate sales portion of Mattox Realty and recommend them to our friends.

If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. Laura Mattox acted very unprofessional, had terrible customer service skills, and refused to call me back. After telling me she had time to speak with me, I started asking questions about the account and then all of a sudden she yelled "I do not have time for you!" and threatened to hang up in my face. Would not recommend for renters! It has literally been a nightmare working with them. All Mattox cares about is money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

They were incredibly unobtrusive, polite, accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I'd like to note my particular appreciation for Laura Mattox, who was always a pleasure to interact with. The halls/common areas were always well maintained as well. Best landlord experience I've had by far. I highly recommend tenancy through them.
