Brooke was excellent to work with when we were searching for a home for our daughter who is SCAD student. Being from out of state is challenging but Brooke and the Randolph team have all the tools to make buying a house for out of state buyers easy. Did I mention how responsive Brooke and her team are? They always got back to me same day which is amazing and very helpful with a 3 hour time difference. We were extremely pleased to work with Brooke and will do so in the future.

Matthew was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A true professional, he handled practically everything. Despite some difficulties with tenants, he followed through and got my home sold surprisingly fast and for asking price. The repairs that the buyers asked for he coordinated and supervised and as a first time home seller I couldn’t be more pleased. I live out of state and he was always very responsive to and patient with all the questions I had. I would recommend Matthew to anyone in the Savannah area in need of a realtor.

My wife and I contacted Matt and Brooke back in January to help us find a secondary house in Savannah. We came down for a 3-day weekend and they had several properties for us to look at. By Monday, we had found the right house for us and made an offer, which was accepted by the seller. We closed a month later and they helped us with getting utility hookups and put us in touch with contractors. I would highly recommend their services.

Brooke made our purchase and move so easy. She got us the lot we wanted even though it was in a phase of the development that wasn't quite open. She helped things go as smoothly as they could. The best part was the personal side of things. She knew that my family was apart for 6 months because of my job relocation. She would keep in touch with me knowing I was in a new town by myself and may be a little lonely talking to my apartment walls. I will use Randolph Realty when the time comes to move again.
