Completely dropped the ball on us , never followed up with us about our inquiry, had to reach out to them several times asking what we need todo Matthew said his team was working on it and things where looking good with our credit , sent all our tax info and weeks later still never heard back , do not recommend this company as they completely dropped the ball on us left us hanging, never even heard a pre approved amount from them after they ran our credit we have had non stop calls from other mortgage company’s reaching out to us , wouldn’t recommend this company unless u want to email over all ur tax and personal info and never hear anything back
