As a real estate attorney, I have been consistently treated by Matthew Adams Property with the utmost level of professionalism. While all real estate transactions have their own set of issues, the staff of Matthew Adams Property have always worked with me to find a resolution to get a deal completed. The staff is cooperative and always have their eyes on the goal.

They don't get back to calls or emails, not helpful. Very very disappointing every time I have to communicate with them.

I disagree with some of the negative reviews. I have never had a problem getting someone on the phone at Matthew Adam. No one has ever been rude to me. I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

The company was good many years ago and has deteriorated substantially. Weeks without replies to emails. If you can get the receptionist they'll take a happy message that will go unanswered. If you complain, they seem to go out of their way to make your situation worse. Heed these reviews, it will save you a lot of aggravation.

This is the worst managing agent in Manhattan. You should choose Douglas Elliman or NMC. Everyone in the building complains of a complete lack of responsiveness and the building is falling apart.
