Working with Claire has been an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning in July, she stayed in touch, checking in on our home sale and making sure we were ready to jump when the time came. Once we accepted an offer, she hit the ground running — scheduling showings on short notice, FaceTiming us during tours, sending videos and photos, and even showcasing the surrounding amenities. I do not often leave negative reviews, but I think buyers should be aware of a few important things when considering Matt O'Neill Real Estate. Their agent was professional and highly responsive, which I appreciated. However, their buyer agreement includes several terms that I found troubling and worth sharing. The contract gives the brokerage exclusive rights to represent you for over 7 months, and does not allow you to terminate the agreement on your own. It can only be ended early if both parties agree in writing, which leaves the buyer locked in without flexibility if things do not work out. It also includes a 3.9 percent commission fee, which the buyer must pay if the seller does not cover it - a significant cost, especially since many buyers assume the seller pays all agent commissio
