This is my review of Matok Realty as we have just moved out. We rented the same property for 8 years, so we have a long experience with Matok. To summarize from the start, we have been very, very happy with our dealings with Matok and Marina in particular. They have from the start treated us fairly and professionally, never taking liberties or doing anything that infringed on our privacy, they were always respectful and kind. When it came to repairs (and there were a few over the 8 years), they were always prompt and fair. The service people they used always showed the same respect and professionalism too. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Service calls for my rental are answered promptly, rates are fair and they have remained constant throughout multiple renewals. I've heard horror stories with management companies and that is just NOT at all the case here. I am very happy with Matok.
